What You Need to Know

  • Hydration Shots

    • If you can do it with alcohol, you can do it with good old H2O. Any time you think about it or take a look, take 3 swigs of water from your lucky and trusty water bottle. 

  • Flavor It Up

    • Add natural flavors like lemon, cucumber, or mint but it doesn’t count if you use fake sweeteners and powders! Those will just dehydrate and get you to drink more of them.

  • Find a Good Water Bottle

    • Throw away all of your other water bottles and find one you really like. Splurge on a good one if it means you’ll drink more and can carry it around everywhere!
